Our Working Process
Unlike ordinary packaged drinking water, which undergoes RO and UV purification and lacks natural minerals—often requiring artificial reintroduction—we follow a superior ecological methodology to deliver pristine mineral water.
As per standards, natural mineral water must be sourced from protected underground aquifers or natural springs, ensuring it remains free from surface contamination while being naturally enriched with essential minerals. The water is collected directly from its source, where it has naturally filtered through layers of rock and sediment over centuries, acquiring a unique balance of vital minerals.
Once collected, the water undergoes minimal processing to preserve its purity. This includes natural sedimentation to allow any suspended particles to settle, followed by fine filtration to remove physical impurities without altering their mineral composition. Unlike RO-purified water, which strips away minerals and requires artificial reintroduction, our process maintains the water’s original nutritional integrity.
The water is then transported through stainless steel pipelines to our fully automated, hygienic bottling facility, where it is protected from external contamination. In a controlled environment, it is bottled using high-quality, BPA-free PET bottles. The bottling process ensures minimal human contact to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
Each batch undergoes rigorous quality testing under FSSAI regulations. These tests assess key parameters such as pH balance, mineral composition, microbiological purity, and overall quality. Only after passing these stringent checks is the water approved for distribution, ensuring that every bottle delivers premium hydration in its purest, most natural form—just as nature intended.
